Yes. Spanish Law 11/2023 allows some notarial acts to be signed by video conference, such as powers of attorney or company formation, with the same validity as in person. Not all of them: a will is still executed in the presence of the notary.
How long does an online notarial procedure take?
It depends on the procedure. A power of attorney, under 48 hours once we have all the paperwork. A limited company set up via CIRCE is ready in 7 hours. An inheritance usually takes 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the certificates and the land registry. We usually reply to a first enquiry within 24 hours.
How much does the service cost?
Notarial fees are set by the Spanish Government and are the same in person or online. We tell you our management fee before we start.
