What each procedure costs
The amounts on this page are our fees. The official notary fee is set by the Government, is the same across Spain and costs the same online as in person.

Fees by procedure
This is the minimum we charge. Before we start, we send you a fixed quote with every item, including those paid separately.

Power of attorney
We draft the power of attorney. We arrange it with the notary. Ready in 24 to 72 hours.

Company formation (SL)
Company formed in 24 hours. Registration with the tax office and Social Security.

Inheritance
A lawyer handles your file. The whole process usually takes 2 to 8 weeks.
Signing: Before a notary, or through a power of attorney if you can't attend
€600–2.500 + VAT
Paid separately: notary's fee, inheritance tax, agency and registry costs, depending on the case.
