How we handle your procedure

Six steps

   You tell us about your case

   Through the form, by phone or on WhatsApp. The basics are enough to get started; if something is missing, we will ask.

2. 2

   We tell you which procedure it is

   A lawyer or case manager from the team looks at your case, explains your options and which one suits you.

3. 3

   Fixed quote

   We send you the cost in writing: our fees, the official notary fee, and any taxes and registration. We start once you accept it.

4. 4

   We gather the paperwork

   We tell you which documents are needed and you send them by email or WhatsApp. Anything that can be requested from public bodies, we request ourselves.

5. 5

   Signing before a notary

   We prepare the document with a registered notary and set the signing date. Depending on the procedure, you sign by video call, at the notary's office nearest to you or through a power of attorney given to someone else.

6. 6

   Taxes and registration

   If the document carries taxes or has to be entered in a registry, we file it and let you know when it is done.
