General terms of contract and methods of payment.

Single payment for the service: credit card or bank transfer

Payment for each service must be made for the full amount of the management of the chosen service, in a single transaction, always in advance and without applying any kind of discount.

The Dolan Gil Company SL, tax ID (NIF) B72519374, with its tax address at Avda España 10, 29692 Manilva (Málaga), has the security measures currently available for electronic commerce. The payment processes for contracted services run on secure SSL servers. These servers have secure connections that allow information to be transmitted in encrypted form using algorithms intended to be intelligible only to the computer of the client and of the site on which the payment is made.

The Dolan Gil Company SL declares that it does not have access to, nor does it store, sensitive data relating to the payment method the client uses to contract the service, except in the case of bank transfers. For payments made by credit card, the entity processing the payment has access to the data, as that is its established role as payment processor.

Once the client has made and confirmed payment for the contracted service, The Dolan Gil Company SL will issue the corresponding invoice with the details provided by the client contracting the service. The invoice will always be available in their “Billing Area”.

Once the client has made and confirmed payment for the contracted service and The Dolan Gil Company SL has begun to manage and carry out that service, the amount paid on that invoice will not be refunded. Nor will the amount paid on that invoice be refunded if there is any defect in the document, in which case it will be resolved by means of a notarial rectification (diligencia notarial de rectificación). The amount will not be refunded if the service involves a payment to third parties in order to complete the management and processing of the service.

If the client prefers to pay by bank transfer, they must contact The Dolan Gil Company SL directly by email at [email protected] or by telephone on +34 611 422 933 to request full information about the payment system used. The client will receive from The Dolan Gil Company SL the specific information, the payment reference to use and the necessary details. Once the client has made the transfer, The Dolan Gil Company SL will issue the corresponding invoice for the payment.

Invoicing of the service: once payment has been made, The Dolan Gil Company SL will issue a single invoice for the payment for the management and processing of the service chosen by the client.

If the invoice issued by The Dolan Gil Company SL to the CLIENT concerned is not paid, the service will not be carried out.
