Set up an SL in 48 hours: the CIRCE system
The ordinary route to incorporate an SL takes 2 to 4 weeks. The CIRCE route can do it in 48-72 hours. The difference is that CIRCE manages all procedures simultaneously and electronically.
What is CIRCE?
CIRCE is a system from the Ministry of Industry that works through an electronic document called DUE, which communicates with all administrations at once: notary, Companies Registry, Tax Agency, Social Security. Only authorised PAEs can process through CIRCE.
Step by step
Day 1: You send us the basic information. We prepare the articles and the DUE.
Day 1-2: Negative name certificate received electronically (24-48 hours).
Day 2: Bank account opened, capital deposited.
Day 2-3: Notarial deed signed (in person or by video conference).
Day 3: The DUE transmits the deed to the Companies Registry, Tax Agency and Social Security in parallel.
Result: in 48-72 hours you have a registered SL with CIF, ready to operate.
How much does it cost?
Our fee for CIRCE incorporation is €395 + VAT, notarial fees included. Total costs are around €500-650.
