Francisco Villalba is the founder and CEO of Notaría Online, the remote notarial services platform of The Dolan Gil Company SL. He has worked in the notarial sector for more than 40 years.

That experience shapes the service: knowing which documents each procedure needs, which timelines are realistic and where files get stuck. Notaría Online is not a notary's office. Documents are always authorised by registered notaries; Francisco and his team prepare each file and coordinate it with them from start to finish.

He writes the articles in the Notaría Online guide and blog, explaining how inheritances, powers of attorney, apostilles and company formations work, with particular attention to people handling them from abroad.
